PLACE AN ORDER: If you would like to place an order, please use our online shopping cart. If you need to order something not on our website, please send us an email with what part numbers you would like to order. Either way, we will need your Full Name, Street Address, Telephone Number, and Email Address to complete the transaction. You will then be sent an invoice where you can pay with PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. Orders will not be processed until payment clears and items not in stock will be mailed to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Most OEM Subaru parts come from Japan and take two weeks to arrive to us. We have no minimum order charge, but we ask that all orders be at least $25 in value. We are busy and some smaller parts are available locally for a reasonable price once you have to pay shipping & handling charges!

PRICING/AVAILABILITY: All pricing is subject to change and updated frequently. Effective August 1st 2009 Subaru has announced that they will no longer manufacture many parts for vehicles manufactured before 1995, so some OEM items on our site can have limited quantities available. Subaru has three classes of parts: A, B, & C. A items are readily available. B items are low stock but replenished per order. C items are no longer available when all are sold. Unfortunately most Justy parts are B and C items, this is why we are trying so hard to offer Aftermarket items. Subaru (under Toyota's leadership) has a terrible habit of raising prices monthly, so please be aware all prices are subject to change!!!
SHIPPING: We can only ship to the USA & Canada, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must provide a real shipping address or PO Box number. Most shipping is done USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Please bear in mind that special order items may take up to two weeks to arrive to you!!! All packages include free insurance in case of accidental damage. Unclaimed and refused packages will be charged a 25% restocking fee upon return to our warehouse and payment will be refunded. All Canadian packages must pass through customs and usually take 6-10 days to arrive once shipped from our warehouse. Our minimum shipping and handling on parts is $6.00 for USA, $8.00 for CAN.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Accidents happen. If you package was damaged we will file a shipping claim form with the carrier and you will either be refunded, or sent a replacement part. Due to a high volume of internet scams involving shipping, these damaged items may have to be inspected by your local Post Office or may have to be mailed back to us before your replacement is received. All of our packages include free insurance for just this kind of emergency. Many of our items have a warranty or guarantee period. All defective items must be pre-approved and returned to us. Most OEM items are only guaranteed for 7-14 days, some of our aftermarket items can be guaranteed for up to 30 days. Contact us if you have questions.
RETURNS: Our Return period is 30 days, all returns must be pre-approved by us. All items must be in original packaging, uninstalled on the vehicle, and in resale condition! If you would like to make a return, email us for instructions. You will be responsible for mailing the items back to our warehouse. All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Used parts, Electrical Items, and Special Order Parts are not returnable. This is Subaru's policy, not ours... Sorry!
REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued the same payment method from your invoice. If you paid Visa, the refund amount will appear on your Visa card within 7 days of the returned merchandise. PayPal refunds are usually given within 3-5 business days. All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note, we no longer answer technical emails, we are too busy to answer a million questions and diagnose your vehicle's problem from across the country. These emails will be deleted without response! Our information page has the answers to 99% of what we get asked on a daily basis. We do not carry used parts, nor can we recommend a junk yard or service shop in your area or find you a Justy! However, if you have a question about parts not listed on our website, or would like to place an order we will promptly reply. Thank You!
